The third principal of Odonnell Company, Chuck is an innovator in the realm of technology.  Ten years ago, the technology that drives modern interactive online survey instruments was not available in any form.  In response to this need, Chuck developed the technology and implemented an online survey engine that enabled researchers to move their projects to the Internet. He was later awarded a United States patent on this technology, and today all online survey instruments use the technology defined by this patent.

At Odonnell Company, Chuck is the technical director of the market research services group, which provides online field services to the marketing research industry.
