As one of the principals of Odonnell Company, Dan employs his extensive background in team building and collaborative work to provide clients with comprehensive account management.  Prior to Odonnell Company, Dan was a Global Account Manager for Rockwell International where he helped develop global technology sharing teams to standardize manufacturing and control system processes worldwide for Eastman Kodak.

As Director of Account Services, Dan is responsible for client contact and constructing the teams to service each account.  He also works with clients to maximize the effectiveness of budgets while ensuring that the strategic marketing goals are realized.  Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, competing as a regionally ranked waterskier, and volunteering as a waterski instructor for blind and disabled children.
