The Opportunity:

This is a role for an analytical and organized Digital Marketing Specialist with an interest in applying talents to making the world a better place. Our campaigns are focused on improving and saving lives, and making positive impacts in communities—so we need an individual who is interested in really digging in to solve complex challenges in innovative ways. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, launching, monitoring, and reporting for campaigns across digital channels, as well as supporting various digital strategies for our clients. This candidate will be trained on our specific methodology as it applies to digital strategies and channels.

Candidates must be able to commute to our New Haven location after the pandemic is over (position currently remote). Flexibility to manage channels through the week, on weekends, and occasional late nights is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing & executing digital marketing; collaborate and coordinate with Creative & Account teams
  • Launch, monitor, report for Google ads, digital marketing, text message, and email marketing efforts
  • Stay informed on digital marketing strategies; provide insights and recommendations
  • Help implement campaigns and assist the digital team in all aspects of digital development & marketing
  • Seek necessary certifications & skills to continue to evolve as a digital marketer

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of web analytics & digital platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Assist creative team on video projects
  • Capture footage of interviews, ad sequences, & storyboards
  • Support live event streaming
  • Edit & support all production for audio & video
  • Capture & create short social media videos

  • Ability to work under pressure & meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of video cameras, audio equipment, lighting, etc.
  • Knowledge of video editing software
  • Passion for furthering experience in Film/Video, Media Production, Advertising, Digital Media

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, animation, or equivalent certificate/work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in production and post-production
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Indesign, & Illustrator

Our campaigns are focused on improving and saving lives—so we need an individual who is interested in really digging in to understand complex challenges in education, health care, transportation, environment, and early childhood—and compelling action among a diverse range of audiences across the spectrum of communication channels. The ideal candidate must be able to provide research and decision science in alignment with our methodology, and with respect for a diverse range of audiences. Candidates will be trained on our specific methodology, and should be able to flex learning and research to apply it in context.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our internal teams to make well-informed decisions backed by data & behavioral insight
  • Empathize with audience experience & challenges to determine ways to engage
  • Research & provide data & insights for campaigns, strategies, & behavioral studies
  • Develop analysis, tools, reports, & models to support marketing decision making
  • Produce data visualization, such as charts, infographics, & dashboards, to communicate findings

We are seeking an energetic Media Buying Specialist to join a growing team focused on making change for the better! Our team is composed of intelligent and hardworking individuals who work collaboratively to ensure creativity, quality, and diverse thought. Our company is experiencing substantial growth and we are seeking a full-time Media Buying Specialist who is energetic, self-motivated, and a team player. This role will be responsible for assisting with media buys; planning; and supporting internal teams with media reporting, research, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Media Buyers in ordering and maintaining broadcast, outdoor, digital, & social media buys
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and reconciliations
  • Research discrepancies; coordinate with Account & Finance teams to ensure all records are accurate
  • Disseminate reports & information internally & to clients
  • Support Media Buying, Account, and Finance teams in research, media planning/strategy, tracking, & reporting

  • Traffic creative to media vendors

Position Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent written, verbal, & analytical skills
  • Highly organized; detail oriented; ability to manage calculations & multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social channels where we are running active campaigns & interact as per our methodology
  • Assist with social media scheduling & invoicing
  • Collaboratively develop, implement, & manage social media strategies for clients
  • Develop engagement responses that work within client guidelines
  • Support online communities within channels
  • Work with team & clients for sensitive topics that may arise
  • Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, social media trends, & technologies
  • Define most important social media KPIs, brainstorm strategies to maximize, & provide reporting
  • Work with copywriter, Account team, leadership, & art directors to ensure content meets objectives & follows our methodology, not only generating impressions & engagement, but creating change
