Located in New Haven, CT, this role is for a detail-obsessed digital marketing manager with extensive experience in Google Marketing. The role will be responsible for the management of digital campaigns including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram.

Odonnell Company is a full-service advertising agency in New Haven, CT. We are seeking an energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team! Candidates must be able to commute daily to our New Haven location after the Pandemic is over (position currently remote). Occasional late night and weekend work is expected as we strive to provide solutions to immediate challenges in our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Manage execution of paid online advertising including Google search, video, and retargeting ads
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Google and YouTube platform management to provide clients with the best options to achieve their goals
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Collaborate with diverse team including account managers, creative, and social media specialists
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Support projects with Search Engine Optimization component
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Identify trends in keyword research, competitor benchmarking, opportunities and best practices
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Google analytics; ability to provide data that informs the team and insights for clients
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Manage and report to align timelines and budgets
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing plans
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly proficient, hands-on use of theGoogle Marketing Platform - AdWords, Analytics, Data Studio, Keyword Planner, Trends, etc. (Google Ads Certification is a plus), Social Media Advertising, primarily Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, SEO research tools
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus
  • Proficiency in HTML and/or back-end website development systems is a plus
  • Familiarity of CMS platform WordPress is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with expert grasp of advertising KPIs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management, multitasking and time management skills
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years advertising agency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
